Executive Committee Minutes

The Executive Committee meets as required to conduct planning and governance for the club. The Committee is made of the present officers, past President, past Vice President, and any other members that the President chooses to appoint.

These meeting are held face to face when possible, but e-Meetings have been approved and the concluding result of these exchanges will be recorded and submitted. The minutes are posted in reverse order.
