Minutes of the Founding Meetings of the

Tennessee Valley Woodworkers Club

The founders of the Tennessee Valley Woodworkers Club met in a series of organizational sessions beginning in September and lasting through December 1985 to forge a form the club. They formed committees, kept notes, and ultimately authored and approved a set of By-Laws and a Constitution under which the club officers governed the club from its inception until the documents were modified in 2001.
